An Adult Day Program by Align Life Center for Individuals with Disabilities.
The program welcomes participants upon completion of high school through age 65+ as well as it runs weekdays throughout the year. Additionally, in the Adult Day Program, participants find pathways to independence, build confidence, explore their community and develop independent living skills.
Program participants are able to discover new abilities in a highly encouraging and inclusive atmosphere. Small group ratios and a highly trained staff also provide an environment for growth! We enjoy trips out into the community as well as skill-building activities such as Art, Life Skills, Recreation, Technology and Wellness.
- Self-guided curricula fostering Person Centered Focus and Independence.
- Free facility use and training for all clients (kitchen, computer lab, laundry)
- Working farm access option for all clients.
- Transport door to door for on and offsite activities.

State and County waivers fund these services.
Adult Day Program Opportunities
A variety of opportunities are available ranging from community-based recreational activities, self-determination and empowerment as well as volunteer experiences. Another key point, the Adult Day Program is based on the idea of inclusion; building community relationships and belonging and the foundational principle that “exposure precedes interest.” Participants are encouraged and supported to become involved in as many different community-based activities as possible based on their personal interests.
